About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Second Pharmacist to lead the day to day running of our new pharmacy in the Netherlands, which will serve our German customer base initially before we launch our offering to Dutch patients and the wider EU market next year. If you care about getting things right, building safe systems, and running a compliant high-volume dispensary, this is a chance to have real influence from day one.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the day to day operation, overseeing a team od Pharmacy Assistant and working closely with the Responsible Pharmacist to ensure clinical governance, safeguard dispensing quality, and set a strong safety culture across a fast-moving digital pharmacy operation.

This is a non patient facing role focused on clinical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational leadership during setup, launch and ongoing scale.

Who are we looking for?
Experience:
- Completed pharmacy training.
- Valid BIG registration as a pharmacist
- Minimum of 6 months of pharmacy experience.
- Experience with working in a dynamic pharmacy environment.

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Thorough knowledge of Dutch legislation and regulations regarding pharmacy.
- Experience with GLP-1 weight loss medication (preferred)
