What You Will Be Doing

• Provide consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Assist guests with menu selections in an informative and thoughtful manner
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
• Deliver orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate efficiently with the kitchen to ensure prompt order pickup
• Verify all outgoing orders for quality, presentation, and accuracy
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
• Adhere to all departmental policies, procedures, and service standards
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of Food & Beverage service experience
• Previous Point of Sale (POS) system experience is an asset
• Valid Serving It Right certification
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong team player with a collaborative approach
• Guest-focused mindset with the ability to remain calm and professional at all times
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overnight hours

Preference will be given to applicants who can commit to the full duration of the season (May 2026, to September 2026)

Physical Aspects of Position

• Prolonged standing and walking throughout shifts
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs
• Repetitive kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting
• Occasional use of stairs and ramps

Visa Requirements:

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
