Seasonal Pool Server - Wichita Country Club

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and personable Seasonal Pool Server to join our team for the
summer season. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests in
the pool area, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience while maintaining the high
standards of our club.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist poolside guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Take food and beverage orders from guests lounging by the pool and ensure prompt and accurate delivery.

Provide information about the menu, including weekly specials, and make recommendations as needed.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the poolside service area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.

Monitor and respond to guest needs, including refilling drinks, addressing requests, and handling any issues that arise.

Follow all safety and health guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

 Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

Assist with setting up and closing down the poolside service area, including restocking supplies and ensuring a clean environment.

Assist with keeping pool and dining areas clean, including tables, chairs, pool loungers and all pool grounds.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a serving role is preferred.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Friendly and approachable with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. 

Ability to lift 15-20 pounds and work in outdoor conditions, including exposure to sun and
heat. 

Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
