Seasonal: Part-time Sales Associate (San Francisco)

Overview

Our San Francisco location is getting ready for the holiday season, and we’re looking for extra support! As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you’ll play an important role in delivering outstanding customer service and creating a warm, welcoming shopping experience during one of our busiest times of year.

• This is a seasonal contract role running from mid-October through January 2026. We’re looking for candidates who can:

• Work up to 25 hours per week (with most schedules averaging around 15-20 hours).

• Be available for at least two weekend shifts (Friday–Sunday).

• Work on key holidays and peak periods including the week before/after Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year’s.

What you’ll do

• Ensure an exceptional customer experience is delivered 100% of the time

• Act as a Brooklinen brand ambassador, always putting the customer first

• Engage with loyal customers IRL and form new customer relationships

• Educate customers on our product assortment, brand history, and value proposition

• Work in the back of house to receive and organize inventory

We're looking for someone with

• 0-3 years of experience in a retail (or service-oriented) environment

• The ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and enthusiastically

• Strong judgment and a service- and solution-oriented approach

• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts

• Someone who is passionate, inclusive, and positive

• The ability to stand for long periods of time, physically move products and lift up to 20 pounds

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation for this role is $19.50/hour.
