Seasonal Boat Rental Captain - Lake Chelan (Seasonal - FT)

Chelan Bay Marina is looking for multiple seasonal boat rental captains! This position requires being outside, moving boats, and supporting customers with daily boat rentals!

What Chelan Bay Marina is:

Chelan Bay Marina (CBM) is Seattle Boat's newest operation serving customers with daily rentals, weekly or daily moorage, and boat sales!

Seasonal Commitment | May 15th - September TBD

Compensation: $17.13-$19/hour dependent on experience

Anticipated Hours: 40 hours/ week

Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older

Location: Chelan Bay Marina

What You'll Get:

Hands on customer experience skills and practice

Insight into operations of a dock and boat club fleet

What You'll Be Doing:

Some boat detailing - interior and exterior wash/wipe downs as needed

Provide stellar service to customers while being a team player with your coworkers

Promote a fun and safe boating culture for customers renting a daily boat

Maintain cleanliness of all boats and dock spaces

Operate power boats ranging from 19'-25'

Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Required:

Ability to work a flexible schedule - including weekends!

Willing to obtain a Washington State boater safety card

Basic computer skills

Clean driving record and a valid driver's license

18 years of age or older

Ability to provide sincere and exceptional customer service

Organized and detail-oriented

Strongly Recommended:

Boating experience - a general love for being on and around the water

Obtained Washington boating license, or willingness to get one.
