Boat Handler / Hauler Spring Launch Season (Seasonal)
Long Lake, MN | Lake Minnetonka Area
Seasonal Full-Time | April–June 2026 | $25–$30/Hour

River Valley Marine is hiring an experienced Boat Handler / Hauler to support our busy spring commissioning and launch season.

This role involves transporting and launching premium boats (19–40 ft) throughout the Lake Minnetonka area. We’re looking for someone comfortable operating trucks, trailers, and marine equipment who takes pride in handling high-value boats safely and professionally.

Pay & Schedule

$25–$30 per hour depending on experience

Seasonal: April – mid June

Monday–Friday schedule

40–50 hours per week

Overtime opportunities during peak launch weeks

What You’ll Do

Transport boats between dealerships, marinas, and customer homes

Load, unload, launch, and position boats safely

Operate trucks, trailers, forklifts, and yard equipment

Secure boats for safe transport

Complete equipment inspections and transport records

Assist with yard organization and boat staging

What We’re Looking For

Experience operating trucks and trailers (bumper pull, gooseneck, or fifth wheel)

Boat handling, marina, or marine dealership experience preferred

CDL helpful but not required

Clean driving record and strong safety awareness

Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently
