Ensure all linens are washed, dried, folded, and placed in proper spot-on shelf
Prepare linen packs daily for the scheduled workload, and distribute to appropriate team member
Prepare amenity packs daily for scheduled workload
Organize and document the cleaning of private linens, and assuring their prompt return to their original property
Assist in breaking down and sorting dirty linens to their designated place
Organize all cleaning supplies (buckets, rags, cleaning solutions, etc.)
Inventory weekly all chemicals for laundry room use and report to Assistant Housekeeping Coordinator
Inventory daily all amenities and record on inventory tracking sheet in Amenity Room
Assist office personnel to make sure all materials are procured for departure cleans
Work closely with office personnel to confirm that necessary items are on hand to prepare linen and amenity packs (ordering linens, chemicals, towels, etc.)
Maintain a clean and clutter free laundry room and amenity room at all times
Train incoming staff on work requirements and procedures as required
Other tasks completed efficiently as assigned
