Visibility Specialist – APAC & Global Markets to join our team of experts!

Responsibilities:

Execute and monitor Online Reputation Management (ORM) strategies across global and 
regional markets.

Improve and maintain brand visibility and rankings on Google and regional search 
engines (including Baidu, Naver, and Yahoo Japan).

Conduct keyword and sentiment analysis to identify brand threats or opportunities.

Develop and maintain a strong backlink (BL) and social bookmarking strategy to enhance 
positive brand presence.

Build and manage content distribution through high-authority platforms, blogs, and forums 
to push down negative results.

Continuously track and adapt to search engine algorithm changes to maintain optimal 
performance.

Identify, monitor, and report potential brand risks or negative mentions across online 
channels.

Manage reviews and feedback across TrustPilot, Google, and other public platforms.

Collaborate with marketing, PR, ORM, SEO and content teams to ensure alignment of 
reputation-related messaging.

Optimize budget and brand protection activities.

Generate monthly reports with actionable insights and performance analysis.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in ORM, SEO, or digital marketing (preferably within the 
financial or tech industry).

Strong understanding of Google SERPs, Asian search engines (Baidu, Naver, Yahoo Japan, 
etc.), and regional ranking behaviors.

Experience with link-building, social bookmarking, content promotion, and search 
reputation recovery.

The candidate should not be working in an agency, nor working in multiple companies.

English language proficiency is a must.

Ability to work 09:00 AM till 06:00 PM (UTC/Cyprus time zone)

Ability to identify and neutralize negative online threats to brand image.

Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple campaigns across markets.
