About the Role：

As the core engine of Meshy's Growth team, you will define and execute our holistic search strategy. You are not just the operator of a multi-million dollar budget, but the architect of the company’s transition from a "paid-driven model" to an "organic-growth-driven ecosystem." You will need to balance paid acquisition (SEM) and long-term assets (SEO) from a holistic perspective, ensuring every penny invested generates real incremental business value.

What You’ll Do:

• Integrated Search Strategy: Break down channel silos and centrally manage both Paid and Organic search touchpoints. Establish scientific attribution and incrementality testing models to ensure the overall health and ROI of our search traffic.

• Growth Efficiency: Deeply understand the full user journey from "intent generation" to "value conversion." Drive continuous iterations on landing pages (LPs) and product aspects to maximize traffic conversion efficiency.

• Asset Building: Translate high-frequency ad campaign insights into long-term SEO strategies. Establish rigorous data auditing and financial compliance systems while the business expands rapidly.

• Strategic Synergy: As the initiator of growth strategies, collaborate closely with the Product, Creative, and Marketing teams to ensure the brand's USP is accurately translated and communicated within search scenarios.

What We're Looking For:

• Strategic Attribution: The ability to see through surface-level data to distinguish between "brand dividends" and "true growth." You possess a natural vigilance against data bias and maintain a critical attitude toward "vanity metrics."

• A Bridge Between Tech and Business: Profound technical understanding that enables seamless communication with R&D and Product teams, driving the automation and scalability of our growth infrastructure.

• Extremely Rigorous Financial Logic: Obsessive precision in budget management, capable of building a complete closed-loop of accountability from expenditure to output.

• Industry Acumen: In the rapidly iterating AI landscape, the ability to swiftly capture shifts in search trends and translate them into first-mover advantages.

Nice to have:

• Proven experience managing multi-million dollar global search budgets, with successful track records in PLG (Product-Led Growth) or SaaS environments.

• Deep technical expertise in search marketing, including SEM bidding models and SEO technical architecture.

• Excellent logical deconstruction skills, capable of simplifying complex growth problems into actionable experimental models.
