Job Description

• Plan, develop and implement SEO strategy
• Communicate to clients, team, and management on strategy/project development, timelines, and results.
• Manage a team of SEO Specialist
• Perform technical SEO Audits, backlink analysis, competitive analysis on a clients website, identify problems and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings
• Monitor and evaluate web analytical tools, dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies.
• Stay up to date on latest search engine algorithms update/changes & SEO trends
• Develop and implement link building campaign
• Coordinate with other departments as Content, Web development Social Media, Sales, etc.
• Training, Coaching and Mentoring various teams

• 5+ years of experience as SEO/Digital Marketing Team Leader or similar role
• Strong understanding of Content Marketing, Technical SEO, Local, National & International SEO & Advanced link building.
• Experience working with industry tools like Google keyword planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google search console, Screaming frog etc..
• Experience working with CMS and building content in multiple CMS environments
• Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
• Experience working with International Clients including Australia, US & UK
• Strong problem solving and leadership capabilities
• Effectively provides specialized technical guidance to others across the organization
• Team player, strong work ethic and comfort with working fast-paced demanding environment
• Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
