Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

source public bids

Receive bid requests from salespeople internallly

Source bid requests from caulking suppliers and manufacturers.

Quantify and estimate projects.

Work with subcontractors to determine average prices for use in cost estimation.

Assign all bids to single salesperson for closing

Procure prices from subcontractors after award

Coordinate handover all materials to supervisor for full execution.

Compensation

Salary Range: $50,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)

Benefits: Comprehensive health and dental coverage, paid vacation
