We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own the top of the funnel across key target accounts. You will drive outbound outreach, leverage event-generated leads, support our account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, and book qualified meetings for our Growth team. Success in this role means consistently growing the pipeline with net new opportunities and helping GetWhy scale revenue predictably.

What does the work consist of?

Pipeline & Prospecting 

Proactively build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through events, ABM, and outbound prospecting. 

Engage prospects with personalized, high-impact outreach tailored to their needs and business context. 

Meeting Generation 

Execute effective outreach campaigns designed to spark interest and secure qualified meetings. 

Convert event leads, ABM contacts, and inbound interest into booked meetings for Growth Team. 

Work cross-functionally with marketing to follow up on campaign and event leads, ensuring momentum is maintained. 

 

CRM & Process 

Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene with accurate contact data, activity tracking, and opportunity status.  

Report on activity and pipeline progress through weekly and monthly dashboards. 

Provide feedback to Sales and Marketing leadership on messaging, targeting, and outreach effectiveness. 

Collaboration 

Align closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to ensure seamless handoffs and shared understanding of target accounts. 

Partner with marketing on messaging, events follow-ups, and ABM plays that enhance pipeline quality. 

 

What qualifications will make you succeed in this role?

We are looking for a person who is motivated to be part of a growth journey with an ambitious, highly skilled and enthusiastic team.

 

What we expect:

A hunter by nature - you enjoy sourcing new business rather than waiting for it. 

2–4 years of experience in BDR, SDR, outbound sales, or lead generation roles (B2B SaaS, consultancy or tech preferred).  

Excellent communicator with a knack for thoughtful, consultative outreach. 

Tenacious, resilient, and structured - capable of managing high-volume activity with discipline. 

Comfortable engaging at multiple levels within target accounts (from key users to executives). 

Data-driven and comfortable with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
