As an intern within the Data Intelligence Hub and Data Intelligence Division at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions, you will gain hands-on experience in a modern, data-driven IT environment. You will support data-related projects and collaborate with experienced professionals to turn data into valuable insights that support business and technological decisions.

During the internship, you will become familiar with data processing, analysis, and visualization concepts, as well as modern data platforms and tools. You will work in an international, agile environment and contribute to real-life projects within one of Europe’s leading telecommunications companies.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your technical knowledge, develop analytical thinking, and understand how data is used at enterprise scale.

Daily Tasks:

• Support the Service Delivery Manager of the responsible Business Unit with administration in various systems and tools
• Support ongoing data-related projects within the Data Intelligence Hub
• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing data from various sources
• Perform basic data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies
• Create and maintain reports
• Document data processes, workflows
• Collaborate with data analysts, data engineers, and other IT professionals

Technical / Hard Skills

• Ongoing studies 
• Understanding of Office 365 Tools
• Interest in data platforms, analytics, and modern “data” technologies
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies in a corporate data environment

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
• Basic knowledge of Big Data concepts or tools
• Previous internship, university project, or personal project related to data
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
