Support the program as a Scrum Master in the coordination of information exchanged between client stakeholders by performing the following duties:
• Gather, extract, format, and analyze data.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and status reports.
• Create/Edit memorandums and other documents.
• Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate meetings, and manage agendas, including internal team meetings and meetings with executive level client leaders.
• Create and distribute meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up.
• Assist in tracking internal team actions on Microsoft Planner.
• Organize and manage documents and other material on SharePoint
• Perform other duties as assigned.
