The team/project:
We support the digital transformation in sales- and service-processes for B2B customers through all channels by developing and operating the best digital experience and services.

As a Scrum Master/Team Coach you will support two teams in applying agile methods, foster open communication and remove obstacles that hinder the progress.
As a part of the team, you will:
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and restrosprectives
• Remove impediments and foster an environment that encourages collaboration and problem solving
• Contribute together with the Product Owner in ensuring the teams capability of delivering constant business value
• Develop your team towards high effectiveness in planning, coordinating and creating value, continously improving performance.
• Foster an environment of continous learning and development
What we offer:
• Salary from 3700 to 5500 EUR monthly gross
• 80 EUR monthly cell phone and internet allowance
• Flexible schedule and possibility to work in hybrid mode
