Actualmente nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Scrum Master que nos ayude a potenciar el desempeño de nuestros equipos ágiles y a asegurar la entrega de valor continuo en nuestros proyectos tecnológicos.

Funciones principales

•
Facilitar las ceremonias Scrum: Sprint Planning, Daily, Sprint Review y Retrospective.

•
Acompañar a los equipos en la adopción y mejora continua de metodologías ágiles.

•
Identificar y remover impedimentos que puedan afectar la productividad del equipo.

•
Promover una cultura de colaboración, autogestión y mejora continua.

•
Trabajar de forma cercana con Product Owners, stakeholders y equipos técnicos.

•
Monitorear métricas ágiles como velocity, burndown charts, lead time y throughput.

•
Facilitar dinámicas que impulsen la madurez ágil del equipo.

Requisitos

•
Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años como Scrum Master en equipos de desarrollo de software.

•
Experiencia trabajando con equipos multidisciplinarios de tecnología.

•
Conocimiento sólido de Scrum, Kanban y principios Agile.

•
Experiencia en herramientas de gestión como Jira, Azure DevOps o similares.

•
Excelentes habilidades de facilitación, comunicación y liderazgo servicial.

Deseable

•
Certificación Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP o similar).

•
Experiencia en proyectos cloud, microservicios o entornos DevOps.

•
Experiencia trabajando con equipos distribuidos o proyectos internacionales.
