Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile project environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent are highly desirable.
