Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Scrum Master zur Koordination mehrerer agiler Teams in einem skalierten Setup, einschließlich der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern. Die Rolle erfordert starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie fließende Deutschkenntnisse, da die Projektsprache Deutsch ist.

Ihre Aufgaben

Als Scrum Master werden Sie:

• Agile Teams durch das PI Planning führen und für Klarheit sowie realistische Zielsetzungen sorgen
• Die Erstellung von SMART PI Objectives moderieren und die Nachverfolgung von Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und Impediments innerhalb des Agile Release Train (ART) unterstützen
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserungen vorantreiben, indem Sie den Team-Flow optimieren und aussagekräftige Performance-Metriken einführen
• Hochleistungsfähige, kollaborative Teams aufbauen und weiterentwickeln
• Sicherstellen, dass alle Scrum-Events effektiv, zielgerichtet und timeboxed durchgeführt werden
• Eng mit dem Product Owner zusammenarbeiten, um den Backlog zu verfeinern und zu steuern
• Teams dabei unterstützen, die richtigen Fragen an Stakeholder zu stellen, um Klarheit und Mehrwert im Backlog zu erhöhen
• Die Definition of Done und Definition of Ready mitgestalten und weiterentwickeln
• Starke Beziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern aufbauen und eine transparente Kommunikation sicherstellen
• Bei technischen Herausforderungen unterstützen bzw. die Lösungsfindung im Team moderieren
• DevOps-Praktiken sowie eine Kultur von Eigenverantwortung, Ownership und kontinuierlichem Lernen fördern

Ihr Profil

• Ausgeprägtes agiles Mindset mit mindestens 3 Jahren Erfahrung als Scrum Master oder Agile Coach
• Erfahrung in einem SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Umfeld ist von Vorteil
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Scrum, Kanban und agilen Methoden
• Erfahrung in Sprint-Planung, Teamentwicklung und Förderung von Selbstorganisation
• Sehr gute Moderations-, Kommunikations- und Konfliktlösungsfähigkeiten
• Technisches Grundverständnis und Fähigkeit, Teams bei technischen Fragestellungen zu unterstützen
• Erfahrung mit JIRA und Confluence
• Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Problemlösungsfähigkeit
• Fähigkeit, mehrere Prioritäten in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu managen
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
