• Job Title: Scrum Master – Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) \u007C Azure DevOps (ADO) Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong Agile delivery expertise, hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), and domain knowledge in Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS). The ideal candidate will drive Agile ceremonies, ensure delivery excellence, manage sprint execution, and enable cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a regulated environment. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: o Sprint Planning o Daily Stand-ups o Sprint Reviews o Retrospectives o Backlog Grooming • Manage and track sprint progress using Azure DevOps (ADO) • Ensure proper creation and maintenance of: o User Stories o Tasks o Acceptance Criteria o Bugs / Change Requests • Monitor team velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint metrics • Remove impediments and escalate risks proactively • Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders for backlog prioritization • Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and continuous improvement • Coordinate cross-team dependencies and PI planning (if SAFe model) • Support release planning and production deployment coordination • Drive transparency through reporting (WSR, dashboards, sprint health) ________________________________________ Required Skills • 5–10 years of IT experience with 3+ years as Scrum Master • Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) • Deep understanding of: o Agile / Scrum framework o SAFe (preferred) o Sprint metrics and tracking • Experience managing distributed/global teams • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience in release planning and dependency management ________________________________________ Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) Knowledge – Required / Preferred • Experience working in Pharma / Healthcare programs • Exposure to: o Commercial analytics o Patient Support Programs (PSP) o CRM (Veeva / SFDC) o Claims / Specialty pharmacy data • Understanding of compliance and regulatory environments • Experience supporting data/analytics or digital transformation programs in HLS • ________________________________________ • Good to Have • Experience in data/BI programs (Snowflake, Tableau, Qlik, etc.) • Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines • Scrum Master certification (CSM / PSM / SAFe SM) • Experience handling multi-vendor teams ________________________________________ Soft Skills • Strong leadership and facilitation skills • Conflict resolution and stakeholder negotiation • Proactive risk management • Accountability-driven mindset • Ability to work in high-visibility, critical programs
