Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our growing team. This is a senior project leadership role, responsible for guiding clients through their data modernization journeys, leading complex, multi-stream data and analytics initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable running Agile ceremonies, managing executive stakeholders, and keeping delivery on track in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. In this role, you will act as the connective tissue between clients, technical teams, and leadership - ensuring projects deliver measurable business value while maintaining strong team health and delivery discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of data platform, analytics, ML, and GenAI initiatives

Own project planning, scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies

Translate high-level business goals into actionable delivery plans and milestones

Proactively identify and manage delivery risks, trade-offs, and escalations

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)

Coach teams and clients on Agile best practices while adapting to real-world constraints

Maintain and optimize backlogs in partnership with Product Owners and tech leads

Communicate status, risks, and outcomes clearly and confidently

Manage expectations and navigate shifting priorities without losing momentum

Support proposal scoping and delivery planning during pre-sales as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in project management, delivery leadership, or Scrum Master roles

Proven experience delivering data, analytics, cloud, or technology transformation projects

Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, with the ability to flex when needed

Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable working with technical teams across cloud and data platforms, analytics, BI and ML and AI use cases

A calm, structured, professional and decisive approach to client delivery
