Job Description

Scrum Master Duties

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to foster continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlogs.
• Track team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Project Management Duties

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery and project management.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) and PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Excel.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing hybrid Agile-Waterfall projects.
• Background in software development, digital transformation, or enterprise IT.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management.
