WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in complex enterprise environments
Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum frameworks and delivery best practices
Experience delivering data-driven, analytics, or BI projects
Hands-on exposure to Process Intelligence / Process Mining platforms, such as:
Celonis and/or
SAP Signavio (Process Intelligence / Process Mining)
Solid understanding of process mining concepts, including:
Event logs and data ingestion
KPIs and process variants
Conformance checking and root cause analysis
Ability to manage delivery constraints related to data availability, integration, and tooling
Experience working with cross-functional teams:
Process mining consultants
Data engineers
SAP functional and technical teams
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to align technical delivery with business priorities
Nice to have:
Background in SAP programs (S/4HANA, ECC, or transformation initiatives)
Experience in process excellence or operational improvement programs
Familiarity with automation or intelligent enterprise initiatives
Knowledge of SAFe or other scaled agile frameworks
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Support the delivery of Process Intelligence and Process Mining initiatives
Manage dependencies across data ingestion, modeling, mining, and visualization activities
Remove impediments related to data, integration, environments, and tooling
Promote agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Ensure transparency on progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines
Act as a key bridge between business, IT, analytics, and delivery teams
Support product owners and teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
