Scrum Master

Location: Paco De Arcos - Q45, Portugal

We are currently looking for an exceptional Scrum Master to join our Airspace Mobility Solutions team! You will have the opportunity of working in an exciting and technically challenging domain, trusted by global partners, serving to protect lives and uphold the fundamental right of every individual.

Responsibilities:

• Guide developers to improve clean coding skills;

• Advise engineers and project managers on engineering environments;

• Mentor team members to foster continuous improvement;

• Contribute to continuous improvement of software best practices and training (e.g., running sessions, creating support materials);

• Support the Head of Discipline in monitoring and enhancing team performance and quality KPIs.

What we look forward to:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields;

• Solid experience as Scrum Master or/and similar roles;

• Experience in Agile frameworks, especially SAFe, and strong Scrum process management skills;

• Proficient with Agile tools like Jira, GitLab, and DevOps;

• Skilled in analyzing sprint metrics (burndown charts, velocity) to enhance team performance;

• Capable of documenting processes, decisions, and project status clearly;

• Written and oral proficiency in English.
