Job Overview

We seek an experienced and enthusiastic Scrum Master to guide our development teams in adopting and optimizing agile methodologies. As a Scrum Master at Techdinamics, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring our teams deliver high-quality products on time. Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Coach and mentor team members on agile best practices, ensuring alignment with the Scrum framework.

Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to maintain focus and productivity.

Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs, prioritize tasks, and ensure a clear vision for deliverables.

Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

Track and report team progress using agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) to stakeholders.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile facilitation role.

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification preferred.

Strong understanding of agile principles, Scrum framework, and software development lifecycles.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Proven ability to coach teams and individuals toward self-organization and high performance.

Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.

Passion for technology and a desire to stay current with industry trends.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) is a plus.
