Scrum Master - multiple levels - CLEARANCE and POLYGRAPH REQUIRED

SAFe, Sprint Planning, Agile, Scrum, Jira, VersionOne, Rallye, IBM RTC

Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.

Required::
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph.
• Five (05) years of experience working as a Full Time Scrum Master for a software development or similar technical team.
• Required Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or similar agile project management certification (PMI-ACP).
• Must have significant, hands-on experience using agile project management tools (e.g. Jira, VersionOne, Rallye, IBM RTC).
• Four (04) years of experience working on a large technical program, with varied and diverse systems and groups in a fast-paced, ​always rapidly evolving environment.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have::
• Bachelor’s degree in technical field such as System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Experience working with large software systems including hardware integration and test.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary technical development teams.
• Experience using SAFe as the agile development methodology.
• Experience affecting change in organizations working towards agile adoption.
• Experience applying test automation, test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous deployment to achieve built-in quality by the team.
• Experience using Kanban as a means to improve flow on support teams.
