We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Scrum Master to support agile delivery and ensure smooth collaboration between business stakeholders and engineering teams. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a strong functional understanding of product requirements, hands-on exposure to application or infrastructure projects, and a passion for improving delivery efficiency in fast-paced environments.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document project requirements, supporting development teams with clarity and context.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization.
• Track sprint progress, dependencies, and risks, ensuring timely delivery.
• Support project tracking, reporting, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance agile execution and team productivity.
• Collaborate closely with client Product Owners and Project Managers to align on delivery goals.

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Junior Technical Project Manager, or similar role.
• Early career exposure to application development or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working with client-facing Product Owners or Project Managers.
• Strong verbal communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work regularly from the office.
• Willingness to overlap with client working hours (up to ~9 PM as required).
• Clear intent to join; immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a startup or SMB environment.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting or managing client implementations of software products.
