Talworx is an emerging recruitment consulting and services firm , we are hiring for our Fintech Product based client, In this role, you will be working with a team or teams of enthusiastic members supporting our critical technology systems and guiding our business partners & end users with industry best practices, solution design, and creating long term value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Educate Agile teams to maximize efficiencies and performance from agile best practices and values
• Coach Agile scrum teams in self-organization and continuous improvement
• Guide Agile teams to consistently delivery customer value
• Work with stakeholders to understand the business requirements, customer workflow, and to help identify the skills and teams needed to deliver value
• Manage risks, mitigate impediments, and negotiate dependencies within and across Scrum teams
• Guide the team in release planning, defect management, root cause analysis and project timelines
• Facilitate Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Refinement sessions, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and Quarterly planning
• Work with Product Owners to ensure features and user stories are clear, concise, prioritized, and understood by every member of the Agile team.
• Establish and maintain open and clear lines of team communication to facilitate status transparency.
Requirements:
• Experience leading teams in delivery using Agile practices as a Scrum Master
• Experience in business analysis including requirement gathering, defect troubleshooting, release planning and coordination
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively
• Team-first, empathetic, servant leader with a growth mindset.
