Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Scrum Master to join our Digital Twin Platform and Simulation team. In this role, you will be the technical and operational anchor for the squad, ensuring that our simulation-ready platforms are built to the highest standards of engineering excellence. With your extensive experience, you will act as a catalyst for efficiency, shielding the team from external disruptions, and fostering a culture of high-performance delivery.

Scrum and Kanban for flow-based and time-boxed delivery
Agile metrics tracking (Velocity, Throughput, Cycle Time)

Jira & Confluence for advanced backlog management and documentation
Burndown & Burnup charts for real-time progress visualization
Real-time collaboration tools (Miro/Mural) for distributed retrospectives
Stakeholder & Governance
Technical roadmap alignment and capacity planning
Stakeholder communication and risk mitigation strategies
Conflict resolution and high-stakes negotiation frameworks
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement the specific agile ceremonies and workflows tailored to the unique complexities of digital twin and simulation development.
Technical Understanding: Develop a thorough understanding of the digital twin platform and applications being built to effectively anticipate technical risks and validate sprint goals.
Impediment Orchestration: Act as the first to identify and proactively remove or escalate blockers, ensuring the engineering team remains focused on high-value delivery.
Sprint Facilitation: Lead high-impact sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives that drive measurable continuous improvement.
Velocity & Burndown Management: Monitor and analyze team velocity and burndown/burnup trends to provide accurate delivery forecasts to leadership.
Conflict Resolution: Serve as a neutral mediator to resolve complex team dynamics or cross-functional conflicts, ensuring a healthy and psychological safe environment.
Stakeholder Bridge: Manage transparent communication between the engineering squad and business stakeholders, translating technical progress into business value.
Scaled Agile Leadership: Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Architects to align dependencies across the broader Digital Twin Foundation.
Preferred Qualifications
12+ years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years dedicated to the Scrum Master role.
Proven track record in Scaled Agile (SAFe, LeSS, or DaS) environments managing complex technical squads.
Deep expertise in Jira/Confluence for advanced reporting and workflow customization.
Exceptional command over Conflict Resolution and team-building strategies in the India tech region.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead high-seniority engineering teams (Leads and Seniors).
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, essential for coordination and stakeholder management
Highly Desirable
Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM II/III, or SAFe SSM).
Experience managing product engineering teams in the Digital Twin, Simulation, or IoT domains.
Strong technical background (former Developer, Automation Engineer or Lead) to better facilitate technical discussions.
Experience in the Indian tech ecosystem, driving agile maturity in high-growth product organizations.
Exposure to industrial domains such as Manufacturing, Logistics, or Transportation is a plus.
