For one of our clients in the energy sector, Everience is looking for an experienced Scrum Master HS/MS/BVN. In this role, you will help the HS/MS/BVN value chain, specifically the team workflow, deliver more value during every sprint. You achieve this by strengthening collaboration, improving flow, and increasing predictability. You bring structure, direction, and positive energy while empowering teams to maximize their contribution to both the organization and the energy transition.
As a Scrum Master, you challenge teams daily to achieve their full potential. You actively coach team members on processes, techniques, tools, collaboration, and interpersonal dynamics, helping them continuously grow in maturity and effectiveness.
With a strong focus on the future potential of the team, you work together to optimize key aspects such as meaningful Definitions of Done, effective acceptance criteria management, methodologies to improve flow, and performance optimization.
You facilitate effective Scrum events, help teams maintain focus on sprint goals, and encourage constructive behavioral change. You quickly recognize team dynamics, bring a positive mindset, and know how to motivate people in a constructive way.

• Build and guide teams toward high performance with passion and commitment
• Identify bottlenecks and introduce methods that enable teams to solve challenges independently
• Make work, dependencies, and risks visible while helping teams maintain clarity and focus
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and other stakeholders
• Resolve impediments both within and outside the team and ensure sustainable solutions

Requirements
• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., Organizational Sciences, Business Administration, Computer Science)
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a (Senior) Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach
• Certified Scrum Master (minimum PSM II)
• Strong organizational awareness and stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial, flexible, pragmatic, and constructively critical mindset
• Strong command of the Dutch language
Your Mindset
You are passionate about coaching teams and facilitating change. You understand the stakeholder landscape of both the Product Owner and the DevOps team, with particular attention to the business users of the products. You continuously work on strengthening collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
