Job Description

We have developed our methodologies and processes based on the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v.3 Framework across enterprise infrastructure operations. These methodologies and processes are reinforced through our organization’s externally accredited certifications, which include ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System (QMS), ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 IT Service Management Systems (SMS, corporate ITIL certification), ISO 27001:2005 Information Security Management System (ISMS), and CMMI-DEV Level 3"

- Facilitating the team’s progress toward the goal: The Scrum Master/Development Team Lead will serve as a trained team facilitator constantly engaged in challenging the old norms of development while keeping the team focused on the goals of the iteration

- Leading the team’s efforts in continuous improvement: The Scrum Master/Development Team Lead will help the team improve, helping the team take responsibility for their actions, and helping the team become problem solvers for themselves

- Advocate Agile Values: The Scrum Master/Development Team Lead will lead the team on agile practices

- Eliminating impediments: The Scrum Master/Development Team Lead will remove any blocking issues beyond the team’s authority or will solicit support from other teams/stakeholders until a resolution is reached, so that the team can remain focused on achieving the objectives of the iteration

- Demonstrated Scrum Master/Development Team Lead experience with Agile development methodologies and processes

- Prior experience as a Java Developer to include: Design and develop application code using Java/JEE, XML, SOAP, REST, and Spring Framework

- 5+ years’ experience in developing in multiple software development project teams

- 5+ years’ experience in leading multiple agile software development project teams

- Bachelors or appropriate relevant experience

- United States Citizenship required.
