We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead multiple squads and drive agile excellence at Nawy. This role is pivotal in ensuring our teams deliver high-quality solutions that empower our customers in their real estate journey. As a Senior Scrum
Master, you will act as a servant leader, mentor teams on Agile principles, and ensure the successful delivery of business goals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
1. Agile Team Leadership:
o Lead and manage multiple cross-functional squads to deliver high-value outcomes in alignment with business objectives.
o Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within and across teams.
2. Scrum Facilitation:
o Plan, coordinate, and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
o Guide teams in effectively utilizing Agile tools and methodologies to maximize productivity.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and other stakeholders to ensure backlogs are refined, prioritized, and aligned with company objectives.
o Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure clear communication and understanding of priorities.
4. Performance Monitoring:
o Track and report team performance metrics, such as velocity, quality, and predictability.
o Identify and mitigate risks to delivery timelines and team success.
5. Continuous Improvement:
o Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and improved team dynamics.
o Drive retrospective action items to completion to enhance team performance.
Requirements:
o Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
o Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Key Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
o 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
o Proven experience managing multiple teams in a tech-driven, fast-paced environment.
