Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team at Sarmad. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding our Agile development teams to ensure they are following Scrum principles and practices. You will facilitate various Scrum ceremonies, coach team members, and work closely with product owners to prioritize and manage the backlog. Your abilities to foster collaboration, remove obstacles, and improve processes will be essential in delivering high-quality products efficiently.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
