Contexte de la mission
Dans le cadre d’un programme de transformation IT au sein d’une organisation majeure du secteur public/parapublic en Belgique, vous interviendrez sur un projet stratégique de modernisation des systèmes existants.
L’objectif principal est la migration d’applications legacy (RPG) vers des technologies modernes (Java), dans un environnement combinant méthodologies Agile (Scrum) et Waterfall.

Votre rôle
En tant que Scrum Master, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la coordination entre les équipes techniques et le Project Manager. Vous serez garant du bon fonctionnement des processus, de la fluidité des échanges et de l’avancement des projets.
