We are Hiring an innovative recruitment consulting firm focused on delivering top-tier talent solutions for our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our team and support our clients in enhancing their Agile processes and project delivery. In this role, you will lead Agile teams, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure successful project outcomes while aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Remove impediments that may hinder the team’s progress and performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-defined product backlog that aligns with stakeholder priorities.
• Monitor team performance metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate project progress and gather feedback.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role (8-10 years).
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and associated tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Relevant certifications (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
