Your Profile / Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a tech-driven or product-focused environment.

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks — Scrum and Kanban.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.
