Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and ensure Scrum principles are effectively applied across teams. The Scrum Master will coach teams, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Scrum & Agile Facilitation

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective
• Ensure the team follows Scrum principles and Agile best practices
• Coach team members on Agile mindset and self-organization

Team Enablement

• Remove impediments and blockers impacting team progress
• Protect the team from external disruptions
• Promote transparency, collaboration, and accountability

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog
• Support Business Analysts in requirement clarity and refinement
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders

Continuous Improvement

• Track and analyze Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time)
• Facilitate retrospectives and ensure improvement actions are implemented
• Help teams improve delivery predictability and quality

Agile Transformation Support

• Support Agile adoption across the organization
• Coach stakeholders and leadership on Agile ways of working
• Assist in scaling Agile practices when needed

Requirements:
Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Skills

• Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles
• Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum teams
• Ability to coach, mentor, and influence without authority

Tools & Technologies

• Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with reporting and Agile metrics

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–7 years of experience in Agile environments
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

Certifications (Preferred)

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM I / II)
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
