Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to lead agile teams in delivering high-quality digital products and solutions. In this role, you will serve as a servant leader and coach for multiple Scrum teams, guiding them through Agile and Scrum practices while fostering continuous improvement and delivery excellence. You will work closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of agile methodologies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews for multiple teams.
• Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum practices and principles, ensuring adherence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure product backlogs are well-groomed, prioritized, and actionable.
• Act as a shield for the team against outside distractions, removing impediments that hinder the team’s progress.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, self-organization, and accountability within the team.
• Monitor sprint performance using agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) and provide insights to improve team performance.
• Lead cross-team coordination for dependencies and alignments in scaled Agile environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute to the organization’s Agile maturity.
• Champion agile transformation initiatives and contribute to process improvement across teams and departments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field.
• From 4 to 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams in Agile best practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Trello).
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or PMI-ACP certification.
• Experience in enterprise-level Agile adoption or digital transformation initiatives.
• Background in software development, product management, or business analysis is a plus.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is advantageous.
