This is a fixed-term position to cover a maternity leave for our Scrum Master. In this role, you will facilitate the Agile development process and ensure the Scrum framework is effectively implemented across the ITOps delivery teams.

• Guide and coach teams on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to achieve high performance & development velocity
• Ensure the team follows the Scrum framework, and Agile principles are being understood/followed
• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives
• Identify and remove any blocker that obstruct the team’s progress, and escalate issues when necessary
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure that the product backlog is prioritized, and the team has a clear understanding of the product vision and roadmap
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and help the team identify areas for improvement
• Monitor and report on team performance metrics, such as velocity, burn-down charts, and team capacity
• Act as a servant-leader, by promoting collaboration, transparency, and accountability within teams and with external stakeholders if exist
• Apply Agile principles and methodologies at scale by applying SAFe framework for example

• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
• At least 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master
• Certification of Scrum Master + SAFe is a plus
• Experience working in Operations department, Cloud & industrialized delivery process
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Deep understanding of the Agile Manifesto and its application in real-world environments.
• Fluent communication in English, French is a plus

• This position is based in Bangkok
• The role involves global collaboration, requiring flexibility to accommodate time zone differences.
