The Supply Chain Planning Operations -SCPO- organization is in search of a Business Integration Manager. This role directly reports to the SCPO General Manager - Vice-President, within the Corporate Operations Planning Group (CPOG).

In this role the manager will be an orchestrator across operational engagements, connecting initiatives across teams, establishing solid relations with partners and helping to articulate supply capability and output to key stakeholders. This manager may also engage and support development of strategic initiatives where SCPO is involved.

The Business Integration Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Actively engage in day-to-day business challenges and strategic initiatives across SCPO Staff to ensure cohesive actions across the teams are being put in place that maximizes the full potential of the organization. This will require orchestrating activities across organizational boundaries with both key internal and external stakeholders -i.e Business Units, Intel Foundry and Intel Corporate groups-. Output of deliverables will often lead to presenting to executive and senior management on supply capability, etc.
• Establishing and maintaining business relationships and network with key business partners which enables a proactive readout of key short term and forward looking initiatives for which SCPO needs to prepare, as well as developing solid connections that are the foundation to improve partnership and collaboration during actual execution of business issues and opportunities.
• May engage in strategic programs and strategic transformations and initiatives at corporate level, influencing direction ensuring that capabilities support the SCPO vision.

Other responsibilities include:

• Provides incremental support and bandwidth to SCPO General Manager - Vice-President and Staff on ad-hoc supply business needs that may require orchestration.
• Drives operations integration where necessary, including requirements for products not yet in the build plan horizon.
• Drives accountability and ensures ownership so that all issues impacting platform supply are visible and being worked.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field of study with 10+ years of experience
• 10+ years of People Management experience

Preferred qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Intel supply chain - Intel's various business unit roadmaps/strategies.
• MBA or master's degree in supply chain management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field of study
• Demonstrated expertise presenting to executive level management with effective cross organizational communication and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to apply business acumen to conduct various data analysis and supply scenarios that lead to business decisions and action
• Integrating and enabling supply chain and business capabilities - people, process, and tools

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $52,000.00-$200,000.00 

 

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation range for your preferred location during the hiring process. 

 

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. * Job posting details (such as work model, location or time type) are subject to change.
