Organizations need to reduce training and labor costs but at same requiring the best "talent " for the job.
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field. 5
- 8 years experience in related field Preferably Consumer Products.
Develops in- depth knowledge of marketplace trends and projections and
applies technical earnings/knowledge in the development of future
competitive strategies. Develops and implements leading edge with speed
and agility. Thinks divergently about options and alternatives before
choosing best solutions.Works on assigned projects, which involve
problem solving, data generation, analysis, and interpretation.
Consistently brings key tasks to completion by conducting well-designed
experiments, interpreting results, recommending next steps. This role
will identify, recommend and implement better approaches to getting work
done, thoroughly understand product development and business processes,
regulatory requirements, and test methods required to deliver a quality
product, and conduct laboratory experiments. Makes independent
decisions of limited scope. Works with minimal direction; independently
designs and conducts experiments, sets priorities, and schedules
activities. Develops new tests designed to solve specific problems.
Interprets results and provides recommendations. Conducts own laboratory
experiments. Maintains documentation of lab results, conclusions, and
next steps. Create technical reports; effectively presents experimental
data and results
