Role Overview

We are seeking a Scientist to support LC-MS/MS bioanalysis for PK and PD studies in a regulated laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform LC-MS/MS analysis of biological samples

Conduct sample preparation using techniques such as SPE, LLE, and protein precipitation

Review analytical runs and assess data quality

Identify and support troubleshooting of analytical issues

Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in line with GLP and GCP

Technical Expertise

Understanding of chromatographic and mass spectrometry principles

Experience with LC-MS/MS instrumentation and workflows

Awareness of sources of variability in bioanalytical assays

Qualifications and Experience

BSc or MSc in Analytical Chemistry or related field

2 to 5 years of LC-MS/MS or relevant analytical experience
