Join our Vienna-based team and get involved in developing and executing high-quality analytical testing strategies. You’ll work hands-on with advanced systems like TECAN and HPLC, contributing to pharmaceutical innovation and process optimization. Key Responsibilities: Design, optimize, and troubleshoot ELISA methods using the TECAN system Perform in-process sample testing and activity-based assays Analyze of process development samples via HPLC and other analytical platforms Prepare and review scientific documentation (validation protocols, reports) in English Conduct secondary reviews of analytical data (ELISA, HPLC, electrophoresis, protein/activity assays) Maintain and oversee TECAN instrumentation Support inventory and asset database management

What You Bring We’re looking for a curious, collaborative, and detail-oriented scientist ready to thrive in a dynamic, international setting. Qualifications: Degree (BSc, MSc, or PhD) in Analytical Sciences, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Food Chemistry Experience in regulated lab environments (pharma or biotech preferred) Proficiency in ELISA, HPLC, and electrophoresis techniques Hands-on experience with TECAN systems Strong problem-solving and method troubleshooting skills Excellent scientific writing and documentation abilities Independent planning and communication skills (PowerPoint, reports, protocols) Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) A collaborative mindset and openness to working across international teams
