About the role
This is a delivery-focused data enrichment role supporting a group-wide data quality and standardisation programme.
The role requires confidence working with pharmaceutical and clinical concepts, including drug names, therapy areas, indications, and lifecycle stages.
The day-to-day work involves reviewing records, identifying missing or unclear data, and completing structured fields using a combination of source documentation and independent research.
The majority of automated extraction has already been completed through internal tooling. This role is focused on validating outputs, resolving gaps, and ensuring data is accurate, consistent, and usable across systems.
The Data Cube is used as a diagnostic tool only. All updates are made in the underlying source systems.
Key responsibilities
Review Data Cube outputs to identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect data
Carry out high-volume, accurate data input across CMAP, HubSpot and BambooHR
Validate and complete structured fields where automated extraction is incomplete
Work through legacy records (2021–2026) requiring more manual review
Review unstructured content (documents, notes, attachments) to extract key information
Conduct desk-based research (e.g. Google, public sources) to validate scientific and project data
Extract and standardise scientific fields (drug, therapy area, indication, lifecycle)
Trace data issues back to source systems and correct at source
Compare data across systems to identify discrepancies and prepare items for review
Track progress using data completeness and data health metrics
Candidate profile

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable with repetitive, structured data work
Confident using Excel (filters, sorting, lookups)

Desirable:
Degree or background in life sciences, biomedical sciences, or related field
