OBRELA is seeking a Scientific Coordinator / Technical Writer to support both new and awarded cybersecurity projects. The role combines analytical thinking, research capabilities, and strong writing skills to produce high‑quality proposals, deliverables, and technical documentation. The position requires close coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate, complaint, and well‑structured outputs.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform analysis of proposal requirements, market needs, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate internally across technical, product, and business teams to gather required inputs.
• Support discussions with partners and consortium members.
• Write and edit proposal sections, ensuring clarity, coherence, and alignment with OBRELA’s services and capabilities.
• Conduct in depth research on cybersecurity topics, frameworks, objectives, and methodologies relevant to project scopes.
• Prepare high quality technical write ups for project deliverables, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams (SOC, engineering, product, R&D) to collect technical information and support implementation efforts.
• Align and collaborate with external partners to ensure consistency, timely submissions, and adherence to project requirements.
• Track project milestones, documentation deadlines, and contributions from all stakeholders.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in technical writing, research projects, proposal development, or scientific coordination.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, services, and technologies (MSSP, SOC operations, threat monitoring, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear and structured content.
• Ability to coordinate multifaceted tasks and collaborate with cross functional teams in a deadline driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with EU-funded projects (e.g., Horizon Europe), R&D initiatives, or consortium based proposals.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, etc.).
• Prior work experience in cybersecurity, MSSP, or technology organizations.
