We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Counselor with a degree in Psychology to support the emotional, social, and academic well-being of students. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in creating a safe and supportive school environment by providing professional counseling services and guiding students through personal and educational challenges.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to students facing academic, emotional, behavioral, or social difficulties.
• Identify students’ needs through observation, assessments, and interaction, and develop appropriate intervention plans.
• Support students in managing stress, anxiety, peer relationships, self-esteem issues, and other psychological concerns.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administration to address student concerns and promote overall well-being.
• Conduct workshops, awareness sessions, and life-skills programs on topics such as mental health, bullying prevention, emotional regulation, and career guidance.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and student progress.
• Assist in crisis intervention and provide immediate support in sensitive situations.
• Guide students in making informed academic and career decisions aligned with their strengths and interests.
• Stay updated with current counseling practices, child psychology trends, and educational policies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Certification or training in school counseling is preferred.
Experience:
• 1 to 10 years of relevant experience in school counseling, child psychology, or a similar role.
