• Montagearbeiten an Schienenfahrzeugen nach Arbeitsplänen, Zeichnungen und Stücklisten
• Vorbereitung und Anpassen von Material und Einzelteilen
• Anwendung spezieller Prozese (Nieten, Kleben, Löten, Drehmomentverschraubung)
• Zusammenbau verschiedener Komponenten am Schienenfahrzeugen
• Durchführen von Funktionsprüfung
• Rückmeldung der geleisteten Arbeit, Störungen im Ablauf und weitere Probleme in einem Online-System

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Schlosser, KFZ- Mechaniker, Konstruktionsmechaniker, Industriemechaniker
• Kenntnisse und Erfahrung beim Lesen und Umsetzten von technischen Dokumenten
• Selbständiges Arbeiten
• Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit ( 3-Schichtsystem )
