About Us
• Orlando Dental Implants is a private, 5-star rated dental office specializing in full mouth rehabilitation, implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and emergency dentistry.
• Main focus on full mouth rehabilitation (All-on-X and All-on-4) to positively impact patients' quality of life.
• Equipped with a state-of-the-art in-office dental lab including a photo studio, Exocad design center, ceramic/aesthetic center, and milling center with 4 Amann Girrbach 5-axis mills with full automation.
• Provide full scope dentistry: preventative care, fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and single tooth implant replacements.
• Small patient load to ensure quality care.

Qualifications
• Previous dental experience (required)
• Customer service experience (required)
• Excellent typing, charting, and computer skills (required)
• Positive attitude and demeanor
• Dependable and punctual
• Willingness to go the extra mile for patients and colleagues
• Experience with Open Dental a plus
Responsibilities
• Contact incoming leads from multiple marketing sources and educate patients on All-on-X and All-on-4 implant procedures.
• Schedule appointments for VA patients.
• Schedule complimentary consultations from incoming leads.
• Ensure travel arrangements, medical clearance, prescriptions, and finances are completed prior to surgery.
• Follow up with patients post-surgery.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Help maintain doctors' schedules and patient flow to eliminate patient wait times.
• Be present, engaged, and ready to work for all assigned shifts.
• Review patient charts before doctor arrival, log patient data during exams and treatments, and transcribe doctor notes.
Education & Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Minimum 2 years experience in a dental office (required)
• Spanish-speaking candidates preferred but not mandatory
Job Type
• Full-time, on-site
• 8-hour shifts
Compensation
• Starting pay: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, re-evaluated after three months
• Eligible for additional pay (BW paycheck) after one year based on full arch surgeries performed, ranging from $100 to $600 per week
