Position Available
Role Title: Scheduling Administrator
Location: Sudbury
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, evenings and weekends as needed
Duties & Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Monitor, organize, and respond to internal and external emails
Schedule employees for assigned work and ensure schedules remain accurate and up to date
Maintain excel spreadsheets, create work orders, and manage scheduling applications
Communicate effectively and professionally with staff, clients, and internal departments
Provide administrative support to the office team and assist with ongoing projects
Assist with problem-solving and adjusting schedules as operational needs change
Qualifications and Skills Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract
Must be bondable and legally able to work in Canada
Must be flexible and available on evenings and weekends as necessary
Strong communication and people skills
Strong time management and organization skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Approach challenges with a practical and solution-focused mindset
Adapt to a fast-paced environment and shifting priorities
Bilingual – French and English considered an asset
Compensation and Benefits
Wage Range: $45,760 to $50,336
