Position: Scheduler
Working Hours: US Hours (9pm-5am EST)
Full-Time, Remote Work.
Responsibilities
• Monitor group chats and respond or escalate inquiries in a timely manner.
• Advertise travel services and promotions across relevant platforms.
• Track and manage incoming leads.
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert inquiries into bookings.
• Coordinate and maintain accurate schedules for clients and internal teams.
• Keep records of communications and update tracking systems.
• Provide general administrative support related to bookings and scheduling.
Requirements:
Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or a similar administrative role.
Comfortable monitoring multiple communication channels simultaneously.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience in the travel industry is an advantage.
