Position: SCF Manufacturing Controller - Europe
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

About the Position
As the SCF Manufacturing Controller - Europe, you will lead and support the European factory finance team ensuring high‑quality financial performance, strong governance, and effective business partnering across the manufacturing network. Your key responsibilities include:
• Preparation of consolidated monthly and quarterly financial reports (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss) and commentaries of factory results
• Delivering the European factory KPI’s together with the European factory controllers' team
• Business partner to European and Global Supply Chain team
• Consolidating and managing Cash Flow forecasts
• Leading and supporting the European factory controllers’ team
• Drive value creation savings across the European factory landscape
• Managing the process of monthly actuals and forecast process of the consolidated Europe factories
• Monthly analysis of factory cost variances vs budget and proposing corrective actions for landing the year in line with Mission
• Providing support to other departments in all financial matters related to ongoing activities of the factory
• Preparation of documentation and cooperation with auditors in all topics falling within the scope of responsibilities
• Supporting and driving business cases related to the efficiency of the EU manufacturing network and its production lines
What Does It Take to Be Successful?
You hold a university degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, with CIMA or ACCA qualifications considered a strong advantage. You bring at least five years of controlling experience, including exposure to factory environments and business partnering roles across supply chain and finance. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders are essential. The role requires a very strong work ethic, resilience under pressure, and the capacity to manage multiple demanding deadlines while maintaining a cooperative team spirit. Exceptional analytical abilities, report‑writing skills, and the capability to deliver high‑quality output under time constraints are also key. Fluency in English and advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, are mandatory.
